From the Control Tower to the Boardroom
I’m Zac Hedrick, founder of RYNO Communications Consulting. For 18+ years, I’ve worked in air traffic control, where clear ownership, precise handoffs, and timely decisions are essential.
A decade in legislative affairs also taught me how to work across competing priorities, build trust, and help people understand complex decisions.
I founded RYNO to bring those lessons to organizational communication consulting. My focus is helping private equity operating partners and portfolio-company leaders identify where unclear responsibilities, inconsistent handoffs, and delayed decisions slow execution.
