I’m Zac Hedrick, founder of RYNO Communications Consulting. For over 16 years, I’ve served as an air traffic controller, where precision and clarity aren’t optional—they’re life-saving. I’ve also spent nearly a decade in legislative leadership, learning firsthand how communication influences policy, trust, and results.
